Kristi worked for the flagship division of VF Corporation (Fortune 100) in product development and marketing, including founding their Marketing Intelligence department. In that role, she was formally trained by Deloitte Consulting and developed a product validation process that was recognized as a best practice by corporate.

At Global Payments, Inc., Kristi was their first Manager of Proposals and Presentations, supporting over 300 salespeople in the U.S. and Canada with boilerplate proposals for small accounts and RFP responses for large ones.

At both VF and Global, Kristi regularly created high level internal and external presentations for senior executives. Her demeanor is a professional one that is respectful of their time and authority. She has a history of exposure to sensitive information (financials, acquisitions, etc.) requiring confidentiality agreements.

In the last ten years, Kristi has spent most of her time authoring fiction and nonfiction books. It is standard for genre fiction writers to compose their own blurbs and taglines, as well as manage their own marketing. As such, she has become adept at creative writing and copywriting. While she is a fan of the Oxford comma, she can write to spec in Chicago Manual, AP, and APA styles.

Kristi's educational background includes process engineering and education. Her specialties include sales support and copywriting, PowerPoint presentations, data analysis and reporting, proposals, SOPs, training, and user guides.
